Round Steak with Potato Corn Crowns

2 lbs. beef round steak, cut into 6 serving pieces 1/3 c. flour 1 t. salt 1 t. pepper 3 T. cooking oil 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes 1 can mexicorn 2 c. hot prepared mashed potatoes
Combine flour salt and pepper, pound into both sides of steak. Brown meat on both sides in oil over med heat. Place steaks in 9x13 casserole. Add tomatoes breaking into small pieces. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hr. Drain corn and stir into potatoes. Place equal mounds on top of each steak. Spoon drippings over potatoes and bake covered for 20 more minutes or until meat is tender and potatoes heated through. This is also goo to sprinkle with a little shredded cheese and cook 5 minutes uncovered or until melts.
