Ingredients:
1 roasted chicken, without skin and bones, cut into pieces,
1 / 2 cucumbers, peeled from seeds and sliced,
1 avocado, peeled and cut into pieces,
1 apple, grated,
3-4 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt,
100 grams of a mixture of cress and spinach
extra virgin olive oil,
1 / 2 lemon, juice only,

Stir the chicken, cucumber, avocado and apple and Greek yogurt, spices.

In another bowl mix the watercress and spinach, and fill with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix all.
