SANTA FE PORK CHOPS
4 loin chops
Dredge in 3 T. flour seasoned with salt & pepper.Brown in 1T. oil in large skillet. Remove to plate.
In same skillet, heat together
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 c. frozen corn
1/2 c. black beans
1/4 c. water
Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped, fresh cilantro.
Pour sauce over chops.
