Sausage and biscuit gravey

Sausage gravey

brown apx 1 cup raw sausage (I like hot breakfast sausage)
do not drain sprinkle flour over sausage and toss to even coat sausage
pour enough milke to cover sausage and cook on medium heat until thickens I like to add to make it different curry (the best is thai curry it is spicy and have a great curry flavor), or crushed red peppers to give it more fire. You might need to add salt or pepper

serve over store bought bisquits or homemade ones…

this is so easy and you can very the spices to make your own version.
