For this recipe you can add more sausage if you like , I always put more in:
1 - pkg of smoked sausage about 8" long any kind of smoked sausage:
2 - mid. oions chopped
2 - cups of frozen corn( more if you like)
1 - cup cream corn ( I put in 1/2 cream corn)
1- can mushroom soup
3- cups of milk. (I use whipping cream I find it is alot richer:)
1 or 2 Potatoes more if you like.
2-tps dill weed
1/2 tps salt
dash of pepper
I have cook this in a crock pot and has turn out very well, you cook it for 6hrs in the crock pot.
Cut sausage into (1/2" thick)
Cut Potatoes up into bit size pcs.
Saute onion & sausage in large pot. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. cover and simmer until potatoes are cooked,and stir occationally
on top of stove.
