I just wanted to tell you that your Sausage Casserole with the sweet potatoes and pineapple is a wonderful dish, I intend to make it often, the only substitutions I made were Sweet Italian sausage and fresh yams which cooked while baking. I also added one chopped onion, sauted a bit before I added to the mix. Thanks so much for a great recipe!
