I am making sauteed scallops done like Caraba’s spedino di mare. Anyone have any suggestions on that recipe? I am searching on here, but not finding anything very similar to their recipe. I am also adding sauteed asparagus to it. It’s supposed to be topped with a lemon butter of sorts. Possibly a lemon garlic basil butter? Any suggestions would be appreciated!! New to this site~~
