School Cafeteria Bacon Celery Sandwich

3 c. fortified margarine or butter
6 c. bacon, crisp, diced, about 5 lb.
6 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. mustard
4 c. salad dressing
2 t. salt

Cream margarine, add crisp diced bacon and other ingredients. Spread on bread.
