School Cafeteria Barbecue Cheese Sandwich

2oz. protein per serving
1 gal. (4lb.) cheese,grated
1 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. stuffed green olives, chopped
18 eggs, hard cooked
4 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. tomato catsup
1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
50 rolls
Combine cheese, pepper, onion, eggs, olives, Worcestershire sauce, catsup
and margarine. Cut rolls. Spread mixture with #24 scoop (1.5 ounces - 3 tablespoons),
on bottom half of roll. Melt under broiler about five minutes until top is toasted.
