School Cafeteria Barbecue Egg and Ham Sandwich Spread
50 Servings
15 eggs, hard cooked
1/2 bunch celery
3/4 lb. ham or corned beef
1/4 c. pickle rehsh
1 T. onion
2 c. mayonnaise
2 t. mustard, prepared
Chop hard cooked eggs and celery. Mix with chopped ham or corned beef.
Add pickle relish and chopped onion. Combine with mayonnaise and mix
well. Add mustard to taste.
