School Cafeteria Cheese and Olive Spread Sandwiches
50 Servings
2 oz. protein per serving
6 1/2 lb. cheese, American
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
2 c. olives, chopped
100 slices bread, 1/4 inch thick
Grate cheese. Add salad dressing. Chop stuffed olives and add to cheese
mixture. Spread on white or whole wheat bread.
