School Cafeteria Date-Peanut Butter Sandwich
1 1/2 pints California Date Pieces
1 1/2 pints nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 qts. peanut butter
3 c. water
1 c. honey
Cover date pieces with boiling water; let stand 2 to 5minutes. Drain well.
Gradually blend dry milk and salt into peanut butter. Blend in water, honey
and dates. Portion with a #16 scoop (2 ounces - 4 tablespoons or 1/4 cup).
