School Cafeteria Frankfurter Pickle Sandwich Filling
from 1962 School Cafeteria recipe
4 frankfurters, cooked
1/4 cup pickle relish
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Grind cold frankfurters. Add pickle relish, lemon juice, mustard
and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
Original recipe was for 50 servings. This makes 6 servings.
