School Cafeteria Honey Butter Spread
50 Servings
1 can honey (about 2 1/2 c.)
1 lb. fortified margarine or butter
1 1/4 lb. nuts, broken (optional)
Whip well in mixer or with beater. Spread on sandwiches using
a #30 scoop (1.25 ounces - 2.5 tablespoons) for each sandwich.
