School Cafeteria Tunaburgers

2 oz. protein per serving

6 1/2 lbs. tuna
1 c. dry milk solids
2 T. salt
1 t. pepper
6 eggs
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 qts. bread crumbs
2 1/2 c. milk
50 buns

Mix all ingredients together. Using #16 scoop (2 ounces - 4 tablespoons or 1/4 cup),
place on greased flat pan, pat flat with spatula, brush with
melted fat and bake in 375° oven for twenty minutes or until golden brown. Serve on bun.
