School Cafeteria Western Cheese Buns

3 1/2 lb. cheese, shredded
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. olives, stuffed, chopped
1 c. chili sauce
50 round buns
Blend together the cheese, green pepper, onion, olives and chili sauce.
Cut the buns in half and toast. Spread the bottom halves with the cheese
mixture. Place under low broiler heat or in a moderate oven, 350° F.,
until the cheese is melted. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
