Seafood Bake For Two

10—12 Minutes

2 3 1/2 oz halibut fillets
6 Digby scallops
6 large prawns, peeled with tail intact
1/3 c white wine {omitted}{omitted}
2 T melted butter
squeeze of lemon juice
1/2 t Old Bay Seasoning
1 garlic clove, crushed
salt and freshly cracked pepper
1 T chopped fresh parsley

Preheat the oven. Place the seafood in a single layer in a shallow-sided baking dish. Drizzle with wine, butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning, salt and pepper. Bake until seafood is just cooked. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
