Seafood Supreme

This is a very yummy dish.

1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
6-8 stalks flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise ( I like Hellman,s)
1 medium sweet onion, chopped 1 pound fresh shrimp
1 6-1/2 can of crab meat
1 6 ounce can of lobster
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Herbed stuffing mix
salt and pepper to taste

Sauté green pepper, celery, onion and parsley until transparent (not brown). Add all ingredients except the stuffing mix. Put in greased casserole, sprinkle top with the stuffing mix ( mash the mix into crumbs.)

Bake at 350* for 45 minutes
