Seedy Slaw

1 cup grated cabbage, lightly packed
1-1/2 tbsp chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Bean sprouts, small handful
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Dressing:

1-1/2 tbsp ground walnuts or sunflower seeds
1-1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1-1/2 tsp cooking oil
1-1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp granulated sugar
dry mustard powder, just a pinch
1-1/2 tsp water
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/16 tsp pepper

Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Stir.

Dressing: Mix all 11 ingredients in small bowl. Stir well. Add to cabbage mixture. Toss. Make 1-1/2 cups. Serves 2.
