Sesame Chicken

This is another one of those dishes I could make all the time. Even my children love it!


Sesame Chicken

2 lbs chicken thighs or breast (I cut mine into chunks,but can leave these whole)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 T molasses
1 3 oz can tomato paste
3 T cider vinegar
1 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional,if you don’t like the heat)
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 T sesame seeds

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over med-high heat,add chicken,cook until lightly browned(6-7 minutes)

Remove from heat

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well, pour over chicken and return to heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and cover,simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is done

I absolutely love Sesame Chicken - and I do chunks as well. This sounds so good!
