Shrimp in Brandy Garlic Sauce

6 large shrimp per person (unpeeled)

8 cloves garlic (unpeeled)

1/2 c. olive oil

3 1/2 oz. butter

Freshly-chopped parsley

A little of your favorite Brandy

Place a black steel frying pan over a hot flame.

When hot… add half and half oil -butter … fry the unpeeled shrimp until they change color.

Add the unpeeled cloves of garlic … sauté with the shrimp.
Remove the shrimp…keep warm.

Deglaze the pan with the brandy. Reduce to half and beat in the butter.

Add the freshly-chopped parsley … pour the sauce over the shrimp.

Serve very hot. Serves 4
