Shrimp Patties
1-1/4 C, shredded carrots
1-1/4 Cup shredded potatoes
1 (4 ounce.) can small shrimp
1 egg beaten
1/2 Cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon curry
Combine carrots, potatoes and shrimp; add egg and flour. Sprinkle with salt
and curry; mix well.
Form into patties and fry in oil until golden.
