SLOPPY JOE POTATO TOPPER
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 C. green bell pepper (optional)
1/2 C. chopped onion (optional)
1 envelope Campbell onion soup mix
1/4 C. catsup
3/4 C. water
4 hot baked potatoes, split
Cheese, shredded for topper
Over medium heat cook beef, pepper and onion until browned;
drain fat. Stir in soup mix, catsup and water. Heat to boiling.
Reduce to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon over potato and garnish with cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
