SLOW COOKER ITALIAN CHICKEN AND FETTUCCINI

2-3 pounds small chicken breasts or tenderloins
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Hunt’s Diced tomatoes with sweet onions, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce (I used Hunt’s Tomatoes Sauce with Basic, Garlic & Oregano)
1 package (1.5 ounces) Italian-Style Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 cup dry white wine, I used White Zinfandel OR water
1 pkg. fettuccini noodles
1 jar Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo

  1. Place chicken in 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. Mix stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and wine or water until blended. Pour over chicken. Cover.
  3. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir sauce before serving. Serve over cooked pasta mixed with Classico Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo sauce.
    Tip: Use a paper towel to grasp the chicken skin for easier removal.
