Slow Cooker Pork and Beans

1 lb dried great northern beans, rinsed
5 cups of water
2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup sliced green Bell pepper
2 teaspoons table salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco hot sauce

Rinse beans. Place in slow cooker with 5 cups of water.
Cover and cook on HIGH heat for 3 hours.
Turn to LOW and add other ingredients. Mix gently.
Cover and cook another 4 hours on LOW until meat is tender.
