Snickerdoodles
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 pgk. (18 oz)sugar cookie bar dough
Preheat oven to 325.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Break dough along pre-scored lines. Roll each square in sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool on cookie sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Yields 20 cookies
