Sombrero Spread

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
1/2 c. extra hot catsup
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans with liquid
1 c. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped stuffed olives
1/2 c. chopped red onion

Brown ground beef with onion in frying pan. Add hot catsup and kidney beans with spice.s Mash kidney beans, and simmer for about five minutes or until heated through. Transfer to chafing dish and garnish with shredded cheese, olives, and red onion. Serve hot with corn, taco, or tortilla chips.
