Soup of roasted beets

1 leek stalk, 5-6 strong beets, 1 onion, 2 stalks celery, 5 whole allspice, 2-3 teaspoon lemon juice, a couple of sprigs of dill, 100 g sour cream, 1 liter of water, a little salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Cut large leek, onion, celery, add allspice, pour 1 liter of water and boil broth. Wash beets well, cut into slices. On a baking pack the beets, add salt and pepper and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Roasted beets, cut into thin on strips, put in a soup bowl, add lemon juice, pour the vegetable broth, add the dill and sour cream.
