Cheese Potato Soup

1 quart water (4C)
1 C finely diced celery
3-4 cubed raw potatoes
4 chicken bouillion cubes
2 med. onions chopped

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 - 1# velveta cheese - cubed (to your liking)
Simmer first 5 ingredients until tender. Add soup and cheese. Heat
on low heat just until cheese melts. Stir often to aid process. Never
reheat on high.
