Sour Cream Chip Muffins
1-1/2 C. flour
2/3 C. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. sour cream
5 T. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C. mint or semisweet chocolate chips
In a bowl combine the first 5 ingredients.
In another bowl combine the egg, sour cream, butter and vanilla.
Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until it tests done. Cool for 10 minutes.Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
