This recipe was given to by a friend don’t know where she got it, but it is very yummy.
3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced very thinly I use 2 of the burp-less cukes.
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped green spring onions
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
dash of white pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
Sprinkle cucumbers with salt. Let set for 15 minutes, drain liquid. Add onions, vinegar and pepper. Just before serving stir in sour cream
yield 6 servings
