Sour Cream-Dill Sauce
(about 2 cups)
1 egg
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated onion
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of freshly ground pepper
pinch of sugar
1-1/2 cups sour cream
Beat egg until fluffy and lemon coloured. Add remaining ingredients, blending in the sour cream last. Stir until blended and chill.
