Sour cream porcupines


1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. rice, uncooked
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
Crunchy chow mein noodles

Mix beef, rice, paprika, salt, and onion. Shape into small meatballs and brown in skillet. Place meatballs in casserole. Drain fat from skillet and combine water, bouillon cube, Worcestershire sauce, and soup in skillet. Stir to blend, then add sour cream. Pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
