Sour Cream Ranch Chicken Breast

4 - 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 large (16 oz) sour cream (fat-free ok)
1 pkg of ranch dressing dry mix
parmesan cheese

Mix sour cream and ranch dressing. Dredge chicken in this mixture then in cheese.

Place in buttered baking dish. Pour remaining sour cream and ranch dressing mix on top and around chicken.

Bake 350ºF for 45 - 60 minutes depending on thickness and size of chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
