Southwest Chicken Salad

4 grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cubed or torn
1/2 bunch of cilantro
Red onion diced - amount to taste
2 small or 1 large avacados - cubed
juice of 1-2 limes (depending on amount of juice)

Stir juice into the top four items - serve over lettuce, with corn tortillas or with corn chips. Quick, easy and yummy!:slight_smile:
