Southwest White Bean Dip

Servings: 4 servings
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (19 oz/540 mL) white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3-4 tbsp (45-60 mL) ReaLemon Lemon Juice
1/3 cup (75 mL) olive oil
2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 tsp (5 mL) ground cumin, or to taste
1 tsp (5 mL) chili powder, or to taste
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Puree garlic, beans and ReaLemon.
Add oil, cilantro, cumin and chili powder; Continue to process until well combined.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
Cover and let stand 30-60 minutes to blend flavours.
