In A Small Bowl, Mix The Chili Powder, Paprika, Cayenne & Salt.
In An Extra-large Bowl, Drizzle Some Olive Oil Over The Popcorn & Sprinkle With Some Of The Spices. Mix With Your Hands; Repeat Until The Popcorn Is Evenly Coated.
