I grind my own spices, but they get hard and sticky. Is there some way to keep them from sticking together without adding some kind of filler…I was wondering about rice. I have seen that in salt shakers. Anyone have any ideas???
I think AWAKEDREAM is referring to spices, not herbs. I have the same problem when I buy spices here in Thailand unless I buy US imported ones. In Thailand they don’t add anti-caking agents. I’d like to know the answer to this problem too.
I will try the rice like I do with my salt shaker. For the spices I will have to sift them through a tea strainer.
