Spicy Cabbage

1 head cabbage, chopped 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced 1 onion, chopped 4 cubes beef or chicken bouillion 1 t. crushed red pepper more or less to taste 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 stick butter 5 c. water 1 141/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
Fry sausage in butter until browned in dutch oven. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
