Spicy n Creamy Ham Salad Sandwiches
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
3 tablespoons jarred Major Grey’s mango chutney
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
8 ounces baked ham, cut into chunks (or sliced)
Coarse salt and ground pepper
8 slices whole-grain bread
English cucumber

In a food processor combine the cream cheese, chutney, and mustard and
process until smooth. Add the ham and pulse until well combined and almost
smooth (leave a little bit of texture). Season with salt (if necessary) and
pepper. -
Spread mixture on each slice of bread. Top one side with cucumber slices
and close.
- This spread will keep for several days in the refrigerator so you can make
it and use it when you like.
