Spicy Orange Oriental Chicken Breast

Makes - 6 Servings


1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon grated orange peel
1 Orange, juiced (about 1/3 Cup)
1 Tablespoon orange marmalade
1 Teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
Dash of salt and pepper
6 boneless chicken breasts

Combine oil, orange peel, orange juice, marmalade, soy sauce, ginger salt and pepper in shallow baking dish. Stir well. Add chicken. Turn to coat. Refrigerate at 45 minutes, turning after 20. Remove chicken from mixture.

Grill or broil until no longer pink inside.
