Spinach Enchiladas

10 flour taco shells 1 lb. ground beef 1 can chopped spinach 1 pkg. taco seasonings 1 jar spaghetti sauce 1 ( 8oz.) pkg. mexican shredded cheese

Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Add taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water. Let cook into meat according to pkg. directions. Stir in drained spinach. Heat through. Spoon into taco shells roll up. Put into a 13x9 inch pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese melts, about 20 minutes.

This is a good way to sneak a little green into your families diet. I don’t like spinach and my daughter made these, I didn’t even know the spinach was in it until she told me. Quick, easy nutritious ,delicious, and economical I told her this recipe was a winner!
