Spinach Salad

We are always trying to eat healthier and my son and husband loved this salad!

Dressing:
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. Canola oil
1/3 C. cidar vinegar
1/3 C. ketchup
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

Salad:
2 quarts fresh spinach leaves, torn
1 can (8 ounce) sliced water chestnuts, drained
4-Hard cooked eggs, peeled and diced
4-6 bacon strips cooked and crumbled.

Make up the salad dressing ahead of time before adding to the salad. Don’t forget to put the salad bowls in the freezer to get cold before adding salad. Makes it better.
