Starbucks Grilled Cheese

2 tablespoons softened butter
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese finely grated
1/2 garlic clove grated or 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
4 slices sourdough bread
2 ounces mozzarella cheese sliced
2 ounces white cheddar cheese sliced

Place softened butter, Parmesan cheese, and finely grated garlic clove (or garlic powder) in a small bowl, and then stir them together until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Next, set your griddle or large skillet to medium-low heat in preparation for cooking.
Spread the butter mixture evenly on one side of all four pieces of bread.
On the uncoated side of two bread slices, layer the cheese slices. Then, place the remaining bread slices on top, with the buttered side facing outward.
Carefully place the assembled sandwiches onto the hot griddle or skillet and cook until the bottom side turns golden brown, which should take approximately 5 minutes.
Flip the sandwiches carefully and continue cooking until the second side is also golden brown and the cheese has completely melted.
Once the sandwiches are perfectly grilled, slice and serve them while they are still hot.
