STIR & SPOON FUDGE DROPS
2 T. butter
1 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 3/4 cups mini marshmallows
12 ozs. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
Combine first 4 ingredients and cook over medium heat.
When edges begin to bubble, cook for 5 minutes,
stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in
remaining ingredients. Stir vigorously until marshmallows
melt. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
