Strawberry Brownie Torte

1 package brownie mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
1 package cream cheese (8 oz) – softened
1 1/2 cups milk
1 sm pkg pudding mix sugar free, vanilla
2 pints strawberries – sliced

Line 2 round pans with foil and grease. In bowl, combine brownie
ingredients, beat 50 strokes by hand. Divide between the pans. Bake at
350ºF for 26-31 minutes. Don’t overbake! Cool, then freeze til firm
(about 1 hour) In small bowl, beat cream cheese til smooth; gradually
beat in milk, then pudding mix. Refrigerate 5 minutes. To assemble,
remove brownie layers. Place one layer on serving plate, top with half
of filling and 2 cups of berries. Place remaining layer, top side up,
on strawberries. Top with filling and berries. Drizzle with chocolate
syrup if desired.
