Strawberry Filled Pancakes
Ingredients:
pancake mix
strawberries
maple syrup to serve
icing sugar, for dusting
extra strawberries to serve
Make pancakes according to package directions. Pour batter into pan and place a small amount of chopped strawberries in the centre, then place extra batter to cover the strawberries. Continue until all pancakes are made serve pancakes in a stack of three, with some strawberries on top, drizzled with maple syrup and dusted with icing sugar.
