Strawberry Ice Cream Salad

1 lg. pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple-undrained
1-30 oz. can fruit cocktail -drained

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add ice cream. Stir until dissolved. Add pineapple and fruit cocktail. Refrigerate overnight–for best flavor.
