Stromboli

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg yolk (reserve white)
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Thaw bread dough to room temperature but don’t let it rise. Roll to a 6 X 6" square and spread with paste made of remaining ingredients. Fill with anything you like: pepperoni, sausage, cheese, etc. Roll up like a jelly roll, crimping end and seams. Paint outside of dough with slightly beaten egg white. Bake @350 degrees for 35-40 minutes on a greased baking sheet. Serve with pizza or spaghetti sauce for dipping.

couple questions: parsley and oregano fresh or dried?

Since the amount used is 1 tsp of each I am sure it is dried.
