My son has to make a UK dish for class and he has picked a Trifle recipe that calls for sweet sherry. Since this is for the class to try, what can i substitute the sheery with? Some of the ingredients in this Trifle is sponge cake, raspberry jam, fresh strawberries and custard, if it helps. Thanks for the help in advance!!!
